Toyohashi Tetsudō

All Photos: Oliver Mayer, taken on Friday, 13th January 2017.

Tram 3504 (built in 1956, formerly Tōkyō-Toden 7021, came to Toyohashi in
1977) between Higashi-Hatchō and Maehata.

Tram 3203 (built in 1955, formerly Meitetsu mo-582 in Gifu, came to
Toyohashi in 1980) at the depot in Akaiwaguchi. This car operates as
"Odensha" between November and February, once or twice a day, on a round
trip between Toyohashi Station and Undōkōen-mae, including an oden-meal and
drinks. "Oden" is a dish made of several ingredients in a broth and is
popular winter food in Japan, while "densha" means train; so both words make

Low-floor tram T1001 (built in 2008) at Ekimae-ōdōri.
